Who are they? City & Provincial plc is a property development company specialising in brown and green field site regeneration. The company is known for efficiently completing highly viable developments, with no compromise made on quality.
City & Provincial aims to create buildings that possess the style, technology and practicality required by modern tenants, whilst complementing their surroundings. The company is keenly aware of the key role played by property in the world, and the contribution it makes to local, national and international economies.
City & Provincial sought to raise awareness amongst agents and create a positive perception of the company amongst customers, suppliers and other interested parties.
The company also wanted to promote its support of green issues such as sustainable regeneration and working in partnership with housing associations; City & Provincial’s culture looks beyond short-term profit to long-term, sustainable returns.
The complex target market includes a broad spectrum of professionals, corporations, public bodies and private individuals, ranging from farmers and other landowners to town planners and the people who live in the area of the proposed development.
The logo represents zones – more specifically development zones – from central London to outlying areas. City & Provincial has high-flying standards and far-sighted vision, but its feet are on the ground.
The final zone is tilted to represent individuality and independent decision-making. Blue suggests corporate stability and a sound investment; the contrasting bright orange says that City & Provincial are vibrant, aware and up to the minute, highly capable in driving exciting projects.
“We commissioned Darwin Brand Consultants on the advice of an external business consultant, initially to conduct a brand audit. To say they opened our eyes was an understatement. They showed us things we just didn’t realise was damaging our image and market perceptions. They helped us formulate a brand strategy and designed our entire branding from the ground up. The end result has contributed to our continued success in many more ways than we could ever have imagined. Its bright, fresh, dynamic and truly sets us apart”
